I challenged myself to up my game and enter a professional level photography competition, and submitted a handful of images to the Dunedin Festival of Photography. I’m proud to say one was accepted, the Southern Blue Butterfly (Zizina oxleyi). Event details are here.

February 2023

I entered our local A&P Show for the first time this year, and came home with a delicious collection of prizes – including the Overall Division Winner for the Arts category.

April 2022

In a joint show at Pūmanawa Gallery, Ōtautahi/Christchurch, with Artemis Jones titled Empty Vessels, I exhibited both paintings and photography pieces.

October 2020

Two of my pieces shortlisted for display at the annual Otago Museum Photography Awards exhibition. Both were in the Botanical category, and taken in my autumnal garden.
